At Hello Pregnant, we are committed to delivering a reliable, transparent, and efficient shipping experience for every customer. We partner with trusted global carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express, and EMS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Your payment is processed at checkout. To protect our customers, transactions may undergo security verification. Orders requiring additional review or containing inaccurate information may be delayed or cancelled.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it. We require 1–3 business days to pick, pack, and dispatch your items. During peak seasons or holidays, processing time may extend to 5–7 business days.

Please verify your shipping details before submitting your order. Once your order enters fulfillment, changes cannot be made.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the following business day.

Tracking Information

All eligible shipments include tracking. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If your tracking has no updates after 5 business days, contact our support team.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or import fees once they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the customer. Hello Pregnant has no control over these costs and cannot predict them in advance.

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Hello Pregnant is not responsible for loss or theft. If your package is missing but marked delivered, please file a claim with the carrier immediately.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. Hello Pregnant is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
