At Hello Pregnant, we want every customer to feel confident and supported in every purchase. We understand the challenges of shopping online, especially when choosing maternity and baby essentials. Our goal is to provide a smooth, fair, and transparent return process.
Return Policy
Hello Pregnant accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- No visible signs of damage or wear
- All original packaging is intact
- Accessories or included items must be returned
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days.
Certain items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons, including intimate apparel, sanitary products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids.
Consumable products such as supplements cannot be returned once opened or used.
A receipt or order confirmation (including order number) may be required to complete your return.
Please contact contact@hellopregnant.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our support team will guide you based on the policies described here.
Refunds for Orders Containing Free Gifts
If your order included a free promotional gift (e.g., “Buy X, Get Y Free”), free items cannot be kept while returning the paid items for a full refund. Refunds are calculated proportionally across all items in the order, including the free gift.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact contact@hellopregnant.com. We will confirm product availability and assist with your exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If returning an item valued at over £75, consider using tracked shipping or insurance. Hello Pregnant is not liable for lost return shipments.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Please note: Payment processor fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your order or return an item, the transaction fee charged by our payment provider will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take 2–3 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution. If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, contact us at contact@hellopregnant.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit equal to the return value. A digital gift certificate will be emailed once we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at contact@hellopregnant.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number.
We rely on carrier timestamps and delivery confirmation to verify claims. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
Limitations on Non-Damaged Returns
To maintain fairness and prevent system abuse, customers may only initiate non-damaged item returns once across separate orders. Multiple return attempts for non-defective items may be rejected.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If a delivery carrier attempts delivery but cannot complete it due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, refunds will not be issued. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information.
